Since Mr Stuart Hill started, I have felt the care I've received from an already excellent basis has massively improved. Mr Hill really listens to me; encourages full information from me about my health condition and ensures all my health professionals are fully informed and equipped to support me. I'm very pleased that he is keen to record details that will improve my future experience of procedures, such as recording Picolax rather than Moviprep, which I found incredibly difficult to tolerate. He ensures he is fully prepared to volunteer information as well as answer any questions. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable and a wholly decent person as well as a medical expert. I cannot praise him highly enough. A truly great addition to a terrific team. Thank you.
